A musical stage adaptation of a film regarded as one of the greatest successes in Israeli cinema.
During the summer vacation between matriculation exams and enlistment in the IDF, a group of youngsters preparing for their High School Graduation Party deals with life-changing dilemmas: first love, loyalty, camaraderie, how to relate to the menacing war of attrition in the Sinai and how to commemorate a friend who was killed in the army.
This typically Israeli summer, between childhood and adulthood, between the Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War, is slowly turning into a fateful time that will forever change the lives of the show’s protagonists.
Following the major successes of Zero Motivation and The Wedding Plan, this new musical is both moving and humorous, inspired by one of Israel’s most iconic cinematic classics.
