A Musical Comedy by Oren Jakobi
Based on the movie by Talya Lavie
Director: Ido Rozenberg
For the first time on stage – a musical comedy
A touching musical comedy about three female soldiers serving in an administrative office on a remote army base:
Dafi, a spoiled clerk in charge of paper and shredding, who will pull every string to get transferred to the prestigious headquarters in Tel Aviv;
her friend Zohar, a sharp-tongued mail clerk from a kibbutz, fighting to find love;
and Rama, their commanding officer, battling for her promotion.
All three soon realize that the only way to win their personal wars within a rigid, male-dominated hierarchy is through sisterhood and solidarity — even if the only weapon they have is a stapler.
A surprising and refreshing comedy about growing up, friendship, and self-fulfillment.
Based on one of the most successful Israeli films ever made, now adapted for the stage with original songs composed by Eli Botner, one of Israel’s most talented and celebrated songwriters.
For subscribers: an additional charge of 50 NIS applies (for both hall and gallery seating).
